Warranty & Returns

Standard Warranty:

All of our trees and shrubs come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. This means that if your tree/shrub is damaged in shipment or if it dies within 30 days of your delivery, we will gladly offer a replacement or credit. Should you receive your tree/shrub during dormancy, and it does not emerge from dormancy by June 1st - the same replacement policy applies.

If, within this period, you notice any issues with the health or condition of your plants, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to provide a suitable solution.

1 Year Extended Warranty Option:

For added peace of mind, we offer a 1 year extended warranty option. You can choose to purchase an extended warranty for 12% of your cart total at the time of purchase. This extended warranty covers your trees and shrubs for 1 year from the date of delivery. If your tree/shrub dies within the extended warranty period, we will provide you with a replacement plant or issue store credit for the amount of your original purchase. Shipping fees are not included.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos documenting the issue.
  • We may request additional photos or other information to assess the problem.
FAQ

How are heights measured?

Tree and Shrub heights are measured from the top of the root ball or soil, measuring only the above ground portion of your tree or shrub.

How does shipping work?

Description

The Fuji Apple Tree (Malus domestica 'Fuji') is known for its exceptional flavor and crisp, juicy texture. These apples are famous for their sweetness and are a favorite choice for both snacking and baking. With a distinctive combination of red and yellow hues, Fuji apples also bring an element of visual appeal to your garden.

Pollinators: Gala, Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, and Suncrisp

  • Growing Zones:

Fuji apple trees are well-suited for USDA hardiness zones 6-9. This makes them a versatile choice for various climates, providing the opportunity to grow these delicious apples in a wide range of locations.

    Basic Care Tips:

    1. Planting: Choose a sunny location in your garden with well-draining soil. Plant your Fuji Apple Tree in the spring, ensuring it receives at least 6-8 hours of sunlight daily.

    2. Pruning: Regular pruning is essential to maintain the shape of your tree and encourage optimal fruit production. Prune in late winter or early spring when the tree is dormant.

    3. Watering: Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged, especially during the growing season. Deep watering is better than frequent shallow watering.

    4. Fertilizing: Feed your Fuji Apple Tree with a balanced, slow-release fertilizer in the early spring. This will help support healthy growth and fruit development.

    5. Pest and Disease Control: Keep a watchful eye for common apple tree pests like aphids and apple maggots. Implement organic pest control methods to protect your tree. Additionally, consider applying a dormant oil spray in late winter to prevent diseases.

    6. Harvesting: Fuji apples are typically ready for harvest in mid September to early October. When the apples are firm to the touch and have a vibrant red color, they are ready to be picked.
