Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Delivery Truck Driver and Warehouse Associate. This dynamic role involves driving our delivery truck(s)/van(s) (non-CDL) to transport plants and garden items to our customers, as well as assisting in our warehouse with packing and shipping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a delivery truck to transport plants and garden supplies to various locations.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and secure packaging.
  • Pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment, including inspecting items for quality and completeness.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and delivery truck.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on the delivery truck and report any issues to management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and interact professionally with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Experience in driving delivery vehicles preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work occasional overnight delivery trips as needed.
  • Passion for gardening and outdoor activities is a plus.
