Key Features:

  • Striking Foliage: The deep, almost black leaves of the Blackout Coral Bells are a standout feature, providing a bold contrast to traditional garden colors.

  • Versatile Planting: Whether in borders, containers, or as ground cover, these coral bells adapt effortlessly, adding depth and visual interest wherever they're planted.

Basic Care Tips:

  1. Sunlight Requirements: Plant in partial shade to full sun. The Blackout Coral Bells thrive in a variety of light conditions, making them adaptable to different garden settings.

  2. Well-Drained Soil: Ensure the soil is well-draining to prevent waterlogged roots. A mix of organic matter and loamy soil is ideal for optimal growth.

  3. Regular Watering: While these plants are adaptable, they appreciate consistent moisture. Water when the soil feels dry to the touch, but avoid overwatering.

  4. Mulching: Apply a layer of mulch around the base of the plant to retain moisture and regulate soil temperature.

  5. Pruning: Trim spent flowers to encourage new growth and maintain a tidy appearance. In late fall, consider cutting back the foliage for a fresh start in the spring.
