Warranty & Returns

Standard Warranty:

All of our trees and shrubs come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. This means that if your tree/shrub is damaged in shipment or if it dies within 30 days of your delivery, we will gladly offer a replacement or credit. Should you receive your tree/shrub during dormancy, and it does not emerge from dormancy by June 1st - the same replacement policy applies.

If, within this period, you notice any issues with the health or condition of your plants, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to provide a suitable solution.

1 Year Extended Warranty Option:

For added peace of mind, we offer a 1 year extended warranty option. You can choose to purchase an extended warranty for 12% of your cart total at the time of purchase. This extended warranty covers your trees and shrubs for 1 year from the date of delivery. If your tree/shrub dies within the extended warranty period, we will provide you with a replacement plant or issue store credit for the amount of your original purchase. Shipping fees are not included.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos documenting the issue.
  • We may request additional photos or other information to assess the problem.
FAQ

How are heights measured?

Tree and Shrub heights are measured from the top of the root ball or soil, measuring only the above ground portion of your tree or shrub.

Description

Introducing our exquisite Butter & Sugar Siberian Iris, a botanical masterpiece that will elevate your garden to new heights. With its captivating blend of creamy buttery tones and sugary highlights, this iris variety is a showstopper that adds elegance to any landscape.

Growing Zones: Thriving in USDA hardiness zones 4-9, the Butter & Sugar Siberian Iris is a versatile perennial that adapts to a wide range of climates. Whether your garden basks in the warmth of zone 9 or withstands the chilly winters of zone 4, this iris variety is your go-to choice for enduring beauty.

Basic Care Tips:

  1. Sunlight: Plant your Butter & Sugar Siberian Iris in a location that receives full to partial sunlight. These beauties appreciate at least six hours of sunlight daily, ensuring they showcase their full splendor.

  2. Soil Conditions: Provide well-draining soil enriched with organic matter. Siberian irises, including Butter & Sugar, prefer slightly acidic to neutral soil. Incorporate compost to enhance fertility and ensure proper drainage.

  3. Watering: Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Siberian irises are relatively drought-tolerant once established, but regular watering is crucial during the growing season, especially in warmer climates.

  4. Spacing: Plant iris rhizomes about 18-24 inches apart to allow proper air circulation. This aids in preventing diseases and ensures each plant has ample space to flourish.

  5. Mulching: Apply a layer of organic mulch around the base of the plants to retain moisture, suppress weeds, and regulate soil temperature. Mulching also adds a polished finish to your garden beds.

  6. Fertilizing: Feed your Butter & Sugar Siberian Iris with a balanced, all-purpose fertilizer in early spring before new growth emerges. Avoid excessive nitrogen, as it may lead to lush foliage at the expense of flower production.

  7. Pruning: Remove spent flower stalks after blooming to encourage a tidy appearance and divert energy back into the rhizomes for next season's growth. Trim back the foliage in late fall to prevent disease and tidy up the garden for winter.
