Warranty & Returns

Standard Warranty:

All of our trees and shrubs come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. This means that if your tree/shrub is damaged in shipment or if it dies within 30 days of your delivery, we will gladly offer a replacement or credit. Should you receive your tree/shrub during dormancy, and it does not emerge from dormancy by June 1st - the same replacement policy applies.

If, within this period, you notice any issues with the health or condition of your plants, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to provide a suitable solution.

1 Year Extended Warranty Option:

For added peace of mind, we offer a 1 year extended warranty option. You can choose to purchase an extended warranty for 12% of your cart total at the time of purchase. This extended warranty covers your trees and shrubs for 1 year from the date of delivery. If your tree/shrub dies within the extended warranty period, we will provide you with a replacement plant or issue store credit for the amount of your original purchase. Shipping fees are not included.

3. Warranty Claim Process:

If you need to make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at as soon as you notice any issues with your plant's health.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos documenting the issue.
  • We may request additional photos or other information to assess the problem.

How are heights measured?

Tree and Shrub heights are measured from the top of the root ball or soil, measuring only the above ground portion of your tree or shrub.

How does shipping work?

We ship either UPS or via our own delivery trucks. After you place your order you'll receive notifications at each step of the way to keep you informed on your item's travels!

Many items are listed in Gallon sizes, what does that mean?

Enhance your garden with the enchanting beauty of the Dwarf Pusch Norway Spruce (Picea abies 'Pusch'). This compact evergreen tree is a must-have addition to your landscape, offering year-round elegance and a touch of Nordic charm. With a mature height of just 3-4 feet and a graceful, dense growth habit, this dwarf conifer is perfect for small gardens, rockeries, and container planting.

Growing Zones:

The Dwarf Pusch Norway Spruce thrives in USDA hardiness zones 3-7, making it well-suited for a wide range of climates. Whether you're in the northern reaches of the United States or the cooler regions of the South, this resilient spruce will adapt and flourish.

Basic Care Tips:

  1. Sunlight: Plant your Dwarf Pusch Norway Spruce in a location with full to partial sunlight. It can tolerate some shade, but it thrives best with ample sunlight.

  2. Soil: Ensure well-drained, slightly acidic soil that is rich in organic matter. Sandy loam is ideal, and it should be kept consistently moist but not waterlogged.

  3. Watering: Water your spruce regularly, especially during its first year of growth. Once established, it becomes more drought-tolerant, but ensure the soil remains consistently moist.

  4. Pruning: Minimal pruning is required for this dwarf spruce. Remove dead or damaged branches as needed, and gently shape it to maintain its compact form.

  5. Fertilization: Apply a balanced, slow-release fertilizer in spring to provide essential nutrients for healthy growth.

  6. Mulching: Apply a layer of mulch around the base of the tree to retain moisture, regulate soil temperature, and reduce weed competition.

  7. Winter Protection: In colder climates, protect your Dwarf Pusch Norway Spruce from heavy snow loads and harsh winter winds to prevent damage.

  8. Pest and Disease Control: Keep an eye out for common spruce pests like aphids and spider mites. If issues arise, treat with appropriate pest control measures. This variety is generally disease-resistant.
