Introducing our Premium Salem Rosemary plant, a delightful addition to any garden that brings both beauty and flavor to your outdoor space. Rosemary is a versatile herb known for its aromatic foliage and culinary uses. With our carefully nurtured Salem Rosemary, you'll be able to enjoy the fresh, earthy fragrance and enhance your culinary creations with a homegrown touch.

Key Features:

1. Growing Zones:

  • Ideal for USDA Hardiness Zones 7-10, the Salem Rosemary thrives in moderate to warm climates. This hardy herb enjoys the mild winters of Zone 7 and the long, sunny summers of Zones 8-10. If you're in these zones, you're in luck!

2. Aromatic Foliage:

  • The Salem Rosemary is well-known for its fragrant, needle-like leaves. Crush a few leaves between your fingers, and you'll release an invigorating, pine-like aroma that fills the air. It's perfect for gardeners looking to enhance the ambiance of their outdoor space.

3. Culinary Magic:

  • Rosemary is a staple in the kitchen, adding robust flavor to a wide range of dishes, from roasted meats and vegetables to savory bread and soups. With our Salem Rosemary, you can conveniently snip fresh sprigs and elevate your cooking with an unmistakable Mediterranean flair.

Basic Care Tips:

1. Sunlight:

  • Ensure your Salem Rosemary receives at least 6-8 hours of direct sunlight daily. Place it in a sunny spot or a well-lit container to promote healthy growth.

2. Soil:

  • Use well-draining soil with good aeration. A mix of potting soil and perlite can be ideal for potted Rosemary. Ensure the soil is slightly alkaline for optimal growth.

3. Watering:

  • Rosemary prefers slightly dry conditions. Allow the soil to dry out slightly between waterings to prevent root rot. Water sparingly but deeply, providing enough moisture without waterlogging.

4. Pruning:

  • Regularly trim your Rosemary to encourage bushier growth and prevent leggy stems. Pruning also ensures a steady supply of fresh leaves for your culinary endeavors.

5. Fertilizing:

  • Feed your Salem Rosemary with a balanced, slow-release fertilizer during the growing season (spring to early summer) to promote strong and healthy growth.

6. Overwintering:

  • In colder zones, consider bringing your Salem Rosemary indoors during the winter months. Place it in a sunny windowsill and ensure proper drainage to protect it from freezing temperatures.
